Stories from Our Travellers
“Leh-Leh Not really sure how and when, but one day I decided that life is more than just sitting in front of your laptop! Struggling to find where to go I stumbled upon OWF and believe me that changed my life!! With “Ankhon mein sapne liye ghar se hum chal toh diye” spirit, I landed in Leh (just to let you know the captains also tell you which side you should book your seats to get the best view! I mean who does that!!!) I think beyond this let me write in pointers, cz who wants to read some random story :p Washrooms: I believe the biggest fear any girl would have before hopping on to such an adventure is CLEAN WASHROOMS!! Trust me when I say this EVERY HOTEL/ CAMP that we stayed in had spick and span washrooms! Itinerary: If you are planning to be on a trip that would begin from 6 in the morning and end at 8 in the evening, leaving you with no spirits and people shoved in their own rooms PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE OWF! The captains will ensure you get enough sleep, tummy full of food and life full of fun! Everyone would huddle in the night for a short brief for next day and then you get to meet a different side of yourself, as they would bring the best out of you, something you didnt even imagine you could be… Budget: I never felt it was beyond my pocket, but when the middle class in me did my research they are value for your money, as you may save a penny or two but the quality of stay, the food, and travel shall be compromised… so that’s on your own risk! Family: Its safe for me to say the moment you end the trip you will feel you have made your new travel Fam, you start as a bunch of strangers, reluctant to talk, with a motive to judge:p but by the end of it you will be promising for another trip with either the same troop or your own made favourites! P.S: for girls, all the people that are travelling are verified with all govt proofs and IDs At the end I would just say THANKS OWF, capt Kush, Capt, Shivam, Capt Shailesh and Vice Capt Karishma for probably giving me the best moments of my life, standing under the milky way of Pangong, passing through the treches of sutlaj, singing around the Bonfire, feeling the heat and cold of the beautiful Desert and watching the MOON RISE! Cheers to everyone who joins, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Im off to another trip with them to Spiti) Hope this helped :)”
“Leh Ladakh with OWF Trips. It's off my bucket list. Here's my experience first of all OWF Captains thanks a lot for arranging a good lifetime memorable trip, everything was perfect and at its best. Captains was very good and supportive, they were very helping and responded all the time whenever I had a query. All the stays was 3 star plus, clean and good service, food was really tasty at each stay. I shall plan in future to a different place with them again. Thank you for making my experience memorable and amazing 🤩😍 OWF.... ho ho ho!!!!!”
“I had an incredible experience with OWF on their Ladakh trip! From start to finish, it was a seamless and unforgettable adventure. The landscapes of Ladakh are breathtaking, and OWF made sure we didn't miss a thing. The knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations, and well-planned itinerary exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend OWF for anyone looking to explore Ladakh – they truly know how to make a great trip even greater!”
“Went on to Ladakh trip with OWF and as usual it was fantastic. We were a group of 12 people and we had a blast. Travel in Ladakh usually happens in day time and we never got bored as there were games and fun activities all along. Stays and food were amazing. Looking to do more trips with them.”
